We will never provide your personal information to third parties. The sender of the merchandise is listed as "Strom Holdings Japan" and the contents are marked as 衣類 (apparel.)

Shipping method: 

In most cases, your package will be shipped by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Overseas orders are generally shipped through the Japanese postal service.

Return Policy:

Disposable diapers are sanitary products, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason once delivered.

However, if you believe your order to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact abucares@abuniverse.jp within 10 days of delivery. Generally speaking we will ask you to provide us with a photo of the problem.

All packages are packed and shipped in good condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company directly.

Product delivery time:

We will ship within 3 business days under normal circumstances.  (We do not ship on Sundays.) All products on this site are shipped from Japan and generally delivered to Japanese addresses within one to two days for urban areas (rural and outerlying islands may take longer.)

During busy shipping periods following new product releases or other promotions shipping may take a few extra days. We appreciate your understanding.
